Since the last comment by kathey it looks like the intermittent failures have
been fixed and backported
to 10.10. Anyone have opinions if we should put this change into the upcoming
10.10 point release.
I lean toward not backporting as the amount of changes are more of the level of
a feature than a fix, but
now that there do not seem to be test issues if someone felt strongly that this
should be put into 10.10 I
would not stand in the way.
