I think it would be good to have this working in the next release of 10.10. I
don't much care backporting it further. The XPLAIN functionality was actually
added in 10.6.
If we do backport this, we should make sure the tests get backported too -
looks like that part of DERBY-6297 was *not* backported to the 10.10 branch.
