I'm working away at this and finding the spec quite clear, thanks!
There is one confusing parenthesis in the "Foreign keys" section. The second
sentence has "If a row in the parent table is deleted (or update to change to
refrenced key)...", which seems a little garbled. Should it be something like
"or updated so as to modify the referenced key"?
