I searched through the site repo and found that there are many more references
to documents under the no longer existing http://db.apache.org/derby/docs/dev/
directory.
Before trying to fix up all the links, we might see if a redirect can be added.
Attached is a patch ([^redirect.diff]) which adds a .htaccess file that
redirects from http://db.apache.org/derby/docs/dev/ to
https://builds.apache.org/job/Derby-docs/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/trunk/out/.
I don't know if the web server is set up to respect redirect directives in
.htaccess files, but at least it's worth a try. We'll know if it works in a
couple of hours, when the change gets published.
