Attachment: redirect2.diff
The original patch didn't redirect http://db.apache.org/derby/docs/dev (no
slash at the end). [^redirect2.diff] adds another redirect for that URL to
http://db.apache.org/derby/docs/dev/ (with slash at the end) so that it too
gets redirected to the Jenkins server.
