I did find out that Open Source is not trademarked by anyone in the US, it's too generic according to this. http://www.opensource.org/pressreleases/certified-open-source.php (of course that's US Law, Open Source might be a trademark elsewhere). I had thought that it was a trademark of the OSI. Dan.
