I have one more patch 'derby-514-patch6-build_changes.diff' which attempts to
address Andrew's comments. In this patch, I tried to update the build file for
upgrade test to use ant's uptodate task. However, once I clobber and rebuild,
it does not update the property. I tried a few other combinations of targets
but do not have it working in all cases. Andrew, do you have any suggestions to
make this work in all cases?
Please note there is another patch 'derby-514-patch5-addtoderbyall.diff''
which is pending review/commit.
