DITA files for the new entry %DOC_ROOT%/trunk/src/pt_BR/adminguide/ in
DITA-sourced documentation.

There are also attached diff files to modify the files build.xml and
src/pt_BR/build.xml, once currently the Brazilian Portuguese manuals are only
build when using "ant all". With the modifications these files will allow to
build the Brazilian Portuguese manuals without having to build the English
manuals, and will allow to build only a certain kind of Brazilian Portuguese
manuals (pdf, for example).
