I did not see the following issues in the 10.2.2 bug fixes list:

DERBY-2014
Also I think instead of:
10.2.2.0 functionality includes:
* Embedded engine with JDBC drivers
* Network Server
....
make it something like:
The Derby functionality includes:
* Embedded engine with JDBC drivers
* Network Server
...
(These features are already present in the previous version of Derby, so
specifying 10.2.2 may be unnecessary)
