I think I've incorporated all your comments, Laura, and taken advantage of
Andrew's fix and advice for DERBY-408. I've attached DERBY-1972-3.diff, which
contains the diffs; DERBY-1972-3.zip, which contains the output files; and
DERBY-1972-3-dita.zip, which contains the DITA source. Please let me know if
any additional fixes are needed. Thanks again!
