Daniel John Debrunner commented on DERBY-2108:
----------------------------------------------
If the server is running with SSL enabled then what happens if a connection
attempt is made without SSL?
(and vice-versa).
I could see future enhancements that allow a single server to support SSL and
non-SSL connections, like web/application servers. This could also be enhanced
to allow a database to specifiy it will only accept SSL connections. Just
wondering if the implementation is designed so such enhancements could be made,
or at least does not impede them?
