In the list of arguments, there is this text on many of the parameters "Passing
a null will result in an error."
The current text might be confusing since other parameters allow a NULL value.
I propose that we change it to:
"Omitting this parameter or passing a NULL value will result in a error"
Is this new phrasing accurate?
