The createClob() code in the v4 patch has been temporarily disabled. It will be
enabled once locator support for Clob is fully enabled.
I have not run tests in v4 of the patch yet. I have started the tests and shall
revert back with the results tommorrow.
Please consider v4 of this patch for reviews and comments.
