Attached is docs.diff, a patch proposal for the CREATE TABLE
page in the reference manual, and an HTML-formatted version
of the modified page for easier review.
I broke out the CREATE TABLE ... AS documentation into
a separate section because I thought it was easier to read
and it seemed like it was sufficiently different to deserve its own section.
Please have a look at the change and tell me what you think.
