I usually find my way through the actual Derby webpages - tab community. The site you found is missing the word 'code' in its directory path. Try this instead: svn checkout http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/db/derby/code/trunk (documented on: http://db.apache.org/derby/dev/derby_source.html) Does anyone know whom to contact regarding the top level page?
