Committed derby-2982-12-scrub10.2redux.diff at subversion revision 570453. This
deletes the 10.2 cgi script from the built artifacts. This is an attempt to
scrub some spurious mirroring junk which still appears on the 10.2 release
page. On a happier note, the previous submission did fix the broken links to
the 10.2 distributions.
