Committed derby-2982-13-brokenLinks-ac.diff at revision 572849. This is a third
attempt to fix the truncated download page. In this attempt, I remove all
square brackets from the text of the release notes. Perhaps the cgi machinery
is mumbling the wrong magic when it sees these square brackets.
