Attaching DERBY-2680.diff and a new topic, rrefattribupgrade.html. I look
forward to comments.
The most urgent questions are about whether the territory attribute can be used
with the upgrade attribute, and whether there are any other restrictions on
using other attributes with upgrade.
I guessed at what to say about authentication and authorization, so that should
be checked too. And if there is anything else to be said about the attribute,
please let me know.
