Thanks for the pointer to that page, John. That page seems to be generally
out-of-date. For instance, it still tells people to install jdk 1.3 and the
jdk1.3 extension jars. I am attaching a patch which updates the website's build
instructions (derby-3117-02-website-aa.diff) and the corresponding html output
derby_source.html.
