I see the changes in the two html manual pages now, thanks! The attached index
page is blank, however, and from looking at the diff I am not able to verify
the procedure-to-function change. I'll be able to check more closely tomorrow
(when I have a doc build environment easily available) if needed, but feel free
to commit if you believe all is well :)
