Hi Rick, I agree that extending Policy sounds less complicated. If we do that,
it would be OK to grant permissions to the jar files containing Derby code
regardless of their name, wouldn't it? The only concern I can think of is that
someone could fake the return value from getProtectionDomain(), but if someone
has managed to get control over your JDK libraries, it's game over anyway.
