In "Running the scripts with the Network Server, changed order of commands to
be the same as at the top and bottom of the topic.
Changed "full URL" to "full connection URL".
Getting Started, tgsrunningdblook.dita:
Changed placeholder name from "databaseURL" to "connectionURL".
Put "connectionURL" and "options" in italics to make it clear that they are
placeholders, not literals. Added a cross-reference to cgsusingtoolsutils.dita
and fixed the cross-reference to the Tools manual. Fixed reference to
"java.exe" so that it applies on both UNIX and Windows. The Tools manual
