RAND looks good too, but should it be committed, since the function doesn't
work correctly? Has an issue been filed on RAND?
For SIGN, there's a problem with this sentence:
The data type of the returned value is a INTEGER number.
I would suggest just
The data type of the returned value is INTEGER.
There should also be an xref to the INTEGER data type topic
(rrefsqlj10696.dita#rrefsqlj10696), similar to the link in the RAND page.
