Committed 'derby-3324-1e-jdbc_statementcache.diff' to trunk with revision
616373.
I'm marking the issue fixed, but I will not close it before the tests have been
enabled.
The issue might also be reopened if changes have to be made later in the
development process of the JDBC statement cache feature.
