Prints a message in ReplicationMessageReceive once the server
socket is created.
Restored the previously deleted message.
java/shared/org/apache/derby/shared/common/reference/MessageId.java
shows up in the diff because I deleted some trailing spaces
in R011. I thought the spaces should not be there.
