Thanks for assigning me. Attaching a new .diff with license and some changes
DERBY-2514_2.diff.
I have not removed lang/closed.java because I do not know if all the tests now
are covered by JUnit tests. The name of the file "Derby2514.java" might not be
ideal either, but I do not know where the two tests could be put.
About the ICLA, I have not signed one, but IMO it is not needed for this small
patch. Half of the code is a rewrite of the last test in lang/closed.java
