I moved testDMDconnClosed() to DatabaseMetaDataTest.java and ran just that test
suite.
Hope that SQLState "XCL16" is the right one to assert?
I will look into testDerby62() and testSerializedException() in
derbynet/SqlExceptionTest and run all the tests when/if I find a solution.

(Hope the patch don't have trailing ^M's this time. Unsure how to check if the
file is in unix or windows format.)
