Thanks, Dan. I see that COT and ATAN2 are both in that appendix, so they should
both be added to that topic. The hyperbolic ones are not. I think I'll just
make that part of this issue (half of it comes under "document ATAN2") rather
than filing a separate one.
And thanks for the sanity check on the testing issue.
