You are right. I was running the tests with 10.5 lists and DboPowersTest.
My class path has 10.3.3.3/jars/derbyTesting.jar. However, it was never used.
Instead, 10.5 DerbyTesting.jar was picked up. Derby-4154 is also trying to do
the similar thing.
