SysinfoLocaleTest seems to be an embedded tests a and tests derby.ui.locale
which is not relevant here. Do you think it will adapt itself well to the
network server runtimeinfo testing?
I guess I am still leaning toward a locale specific runtimeinfo test. I suppose
catching an exception and resetting the locale would work too, but seems a
little messier.
