Attaching derby-4737-02-aa-types-assignments-casts.diff and a corresponding
tarball of html output, derby-4737-02-aa-types-assignments-casts.tar. This
patch adds BOOLEAN to the Reference Guide:
o Adds a subsection on the BOOLEAN datatype to the list of supported datatypes.
o Adds BOOLEAN to the tables of legal coercions and comparisons.
o Adds BOOLEAN to the section which describes the CAST operator.
