The properties have been changed, and are now:
derby.storage.indexStats.auto=*true*|false
derby.storage.indexStats.log=true|*false*
derby.storage.indexStats.trace=*off*|dblog|stdout|both
It may be wise to change the log property default to true, at least as we test
the feature.
