Attachment: droptable.diff
Attaching a patch (droptable.diff) that makes basicSetup() use a helper method
in BaseJDBCTestCase to drop the tables. The helper method reports the exception
if the table cannot be dropped for some other reason than that the table
doesn't exist.
Committed to trunk with revision 1057542.
Merged to 10.4 and committed revision 1057548.
Let's see if we get more info now.
