Attaching derby-4869-22-aa-unstableStatementTest.diff. This patch attempts to
reduce the risk of instability in
StatementTest.test_jdbc4_1_queryTimeoutException(). Committed at subversion
revision 1064281.
The test case tries to force a query timeout. The test failed to induce a
timeout on the tinderbox test run at 2011-01-27 17:12:14 CET:

This patch retries the timeout-inducing query ten times, hoping to force a
timeout on one of those runs. If the test continues to fail, I will have to do
something smarter.
