The set/getNetworkTimeout patch makes the new unsupported methods throw
different exceptions depending on whether or not the connection is closed.
Other methods that we don't implement throw SQLFeatureNotSupportedException
unconditionally, see for example createArrayOf(), createNClob(), createSQLXML()
and createStruct() in the Connection classes. For consistency, we should
probably make setNetworkTimeout() and getNetworkTimeout() do the same.
