Attaching derby-4869-27-aa-driver40.diff. This patch adds getParentLogger() to
Driver40. On my machine this fixes the problem which surfaced in the tinderbox
tests after committing derby-4869-24-ab-getParentLogger.diff. Committed at
subversion revision 1068073.
