Rick, this data corruption should only occur with row level triggers which are
using columns in trigger action through REFERENCING clause. All the other kinds
of triggers including statement level triggers should not be impacted.
I will soon submit a patch for review which will have the test cases provided
by you in triggeredBug2.sql.
