Hi, Bryan. I agree with StandardException.java is the key to this question. I
have added DERBY-5217-StandardException.patch. In this patch, Locale is logged
in StandardException, however, the locale is also Locale.en_US, but the
printStackTrace() has given "ERROR 42Y55: “{0}”无法在“{1}”上执行，因为它不存在。", So, I
think maybe Chinese resource for Exceptions has been loaded, then Maybe the
next step is to find out when and how the resource for Exceptions has been
loaded.
