Committed revision 1137213.
LocalizedAttributeScriptTest and LocalizedDisplayScriptTest call
LocalizedResource.resetLocalizedResourceCache() in setUp() and tearDown().
Since they are subclasses of ScriptTestCase, and ScriptTestCase also calls that
method now, we can probably remove the calls from those tests.
