I added a dynamic link [1] for backport candidates to the 10.8.2 wiki
page:

This can be used as reference over the next few months for porting fixes
and will update automatically with new fixes in trunk and as issues are
fixed in 10.8.
If you see any fixes listed there that is not appropriate for backport
please mark it with the derby_backport_reject_10_8 **label and make a
comment on the issue. It will automatically be removed from the report.
