Thanks for looking at the patch, Rick. I'll look into why the build/site/blogs
wasn't included in the patch, maybe there is an ignore on them? In any case,
the site should be built eventually in the checkout location of the site, so I
guess that's ok. As for the positioning, I saw that too. I followed the
pre-existing approach on this, I am not sure why the positioning isn't great
there (it takes you to the right page, but not the right section. In any case,
the toc is easy enough to use once you are there..) Any idea of how to fix
this?
