Uploading a new version of the patch. This time, the links should work, Rick. I
also removed what looked like a small glitch: a remaining dangling reference to
release 10.5.2 (in cli.xconf) which is no longer listed for download. I believe
all the generated html files are present this time. If it looks OK, I'll commit
this tomorrow.
