Issue & fix info: Patch Available
This changes behavior, so it could be argued we need a release note if this
goes in. On the other hand, we believe the old behavior was erroneous, so by
our usual rule, we do *not* need a release note.
What do you think? I guess I always prefer to err on the side of including too
much...
