Going through the message files, I came across the term "SQL-J" in the 
ij help text. This is the old name for the original Cloudscape SQL 
dialect. It is also confusingly close to the term SQLJ, a largely 
moribund effort to integrate SQL with Java. I suspect that we should not 
be using the term SQL-J and we should just replace it with the term SQL.
