Attaching derby-5892-01-aa-documentArgumentOrder.diff. This adds some more
advice to the website page which describes how to write messages which go into
messages.xml and end up being documented in the Reference Guide. Committed at
subversion revision 1370383.
I also edited the wiki page which describes the Derby message files:
http://wiki.apache.org/db-derby/LocalizingDerbyMessages . There I listed big
rules for writing messages which are easy to translate.
