I think the only problem with this is that the single file html
books are missing.
The doc building instructions refer to a monohtml target for building
this but I don't see it.

It was not built with the release target and I don't see any errors
relating to even trying to build it.
So how do I build the html books?
Also I would appreciate a quick sanity check that
- The signatures are ok. (I had to restore a very old backup from 2005
when I had a different email and bring it up to date, so want to make
sure this is ok.
- Directory structure is ok.
- Docs build is otherwise ok
