I agree with Jeff. I placed a -1 also. The majority should rule. I voted
-1 due to the time spent on voting and I think it should be relatively
easy to null or disqualify duplicate votes and come up with a majority.

Veto really applies to technical issues. This vote is really consensus
so the -1 is a vote against rather than a veto.
