The "fraternities thing"  is too local.  Only northamericans will
understand it.  Fedora is a universal OS,  it has to be something more
general.
Numbers 4 and 8 are good, especially 8.  If the first suggestion doesn't
sounds good in other languages...  How about  "Where your heart beats"?
In Spanish, for example, it would be  "Donde el corazón late".   Is not
bad.
May be is a good idea to have more than only one sentence.  Is hard that
only one would works well in all languages.  See, in Spanish for
example,  "Consigue una nueva vida"  ("Get new life")  sounds a little
bit aggressive, strange at least.
