How is describing how the situation for the volunteers is, telling you "to fix 
the problem yourself"? I am happy to fix it for you. Just buy me a Mac (any 
will do) and I add the Mac specific content to the documentation. But I myself 
can't afford to buy a Mac. 

You're right, we can't know about a problem, if no one tells us. But don't get 
upset at the many volunteers when they try to explain to you why it is like it 
is.

I don't think, that we have a "non-open" attitude here either. But I guess, 
this is a matter of personal perception, so I won't argue with you on this 
point.
