Hi,
I tried to put the plus sign inside the icon, but it was not good, the
"+" wasn't so visible... That's why I've put it outside.
PS: I forgot to mention, if the plus sign looks a little glitchy, that's
a bug in the MediaWiki's SVG parser. Just open it with your browser.
